Starter Kits are available with a $75 deposit (deducted from your final invoice). Kits include acid-free 8 x 10 sleeves, labeling materials, and a large storage box for smaller images and CDs. Keep the kit in a place where you’ll be able to access it easily over time as you compile the various pieces for your movie. Or, simply create your own kit using Post It notes, 3 x 5 note cards, and Zip lock bags.

Pictures, Memorabilia,
and Video Clips should be kept either on CD or stored in zip lock bags to prevent damage. Organize and label each item in the order it is to appear in the movie. It may help to sort them into “chapters” which relate to a particular time period or piece of music you will use. Figure on about 6-7 images per minute of music or sound…this can of course, vary with the pace of the music and message we are trying to convey. Be sure to note on each image if any special edits or restorations are required. The better the photo, the better it appears on the screen.
